What is Bizness Babes?

Bizness Babes (BiB) is a program that helps women create and grow successful enterprises. Since 2006 Bizness Babes has inspired hundreds women to achieve their best in all areas of their life.

BiB participants attend a series of business workshops which bring the business environment to life. During and after the training workshops participants are supported by business coaches. The supportive and safe environment created by Bizness Babes is the key to its success.

Unique to BiB is the offer of child care and lunch throughout the training. This ensures participants are comfortable and well nourished while the program flow is maintained.

The Bizness Babes support team are experienced business coaches who provide motivation and pathways for problem solving.

Currently Bizness Babes is supported nationally by the Wise Foundation as well as varied program sponsorship.

Who are Bizness Babes?

Bizness Babes are women who want to make a difference in their lives and in the lives of others.

Bizness Babes are women who do not have access to mainstream business education. Limited access can be due to family and community commitments, financial instability, dependent children, isolation, limited resources lack of support from family, outdated skills, lack of networks, diminished self confidence or fear of business failure. Many participants aspire to work their businesses around their personal and community commitments and the BiB team help them find ways to achieve this.

Currently Bizness Babes has a critical mass in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Over 300 women have been part of Bizness Babes with around half of the graduates currently active in their businesses. Many of the other graduates have taken on new endeavours such as training or employment with the esteem they have built during their association with the program.
