This Sunday, enjoy the quirky humour of Pedr Vincent as he shows you how to put together your own home made pie, guaranteed to satisfy the winter chills.

Pedr Vincent always dreamed of becoming a famous rock guitarist. To get the money for his first guitar and pay for lessons, he got a job after school washing dishes at an Italian restaurant. Discovering a love for the cuisine and an aptitude for cooking, he continued working in restaurants while pursuing his music career.

Twenty years later, having broadened his culinary repertoire both in Australia and abroad, Pedr brought his experience to The Big Cheese Catering Company, taking on the task of satisfying the varying appetites of the employees at The Adidem Group.

Since the inception of the Mulgrave Farmer‘s Market, Pedr‘s pies and sausage rolls have gained a reputation for excellence and are sought after by foodies from all over Melbourne
