Swig Coffee started over two years ago. From the start we have been focused on producing quality coffees. It has been a steep learning curve for Sue and Martin. Roasting was a lot more involved than they realised. Learning to cup coffees, and ultimately roast them properly took a while. Although they had a lot to learn, their early efforts have paid off. They have won a number of National medals for their coffees including the ultimate, best in show at the Royal Hobart Fine Foods Show.

They now provide wholesale coffee to cafes through out Gippsland and Metro Melbourne. The coffee cart was started as P.R. , but has turned into a great way to talk with customers and meet a lot of friendly people.

Martin & Sue enjoy doing the Mulgrave Farmers Market each Sunday and are starting to feel like part of the community. The support and appreciation from their customers of freshly roasted, fairtrade organic coffee is extremely satisfying.

However knowing you never stop learning, they always are finding ways to improve what is in the cup!
